As UX/UI design manager at Bagoost, I led the design and development of a B2B platform from scratch. Working closely with the technology team, I created all interfaces in Figma, ensuring a seamless user interface. I conducted extensive UX research, usability testing and iterative improvements to make informed decisions. We worked with methodologies such as grid systems, vertical pacing and element prioritization to optimize the user experience. In addition, I managed communication strategies, actively participated in strategic decisions and supervised a team member to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to market needs. I also ensured that the platform incorporated market adaptations as quickly as possible.
In addition to my UX/UI responsibilities, I developed the brand identity and all graphic communication materials. This included social media content, emails through Mailchimp, campaign designs and offset print materials. These efforts were crucial in establishing a consistent and engaging brand presence across multiple channels.
